Interested in finding simple yet impactful ways to weave wellness into your professional and personal life?  If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays.  Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.

Did you know that there is a direct correlation between your gut health and your immunity?  Are you curious about 'leaky gut' and want to know what all of the fuss is about? Would you like to learn micro nutrition tweaks that can lead to a more vibrant YOU in the New Year? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, our January Wellness Wednesday is for you! 

In this interactive session facilitated by UMBC's Registered Dietitian, Nicole Arcilla and Maryland University of Integrative Health's Certified Nutrition Specialist, Carla Johnston, you will learn secrets to gut health and walk away with small changes that you can make to increase your immunity, vitality, and overall nourishment. Learn how to positively listen to and heal your gut in 2019!
