Y Academic Support Centers

"With the unconventional start to the new school year, parents are trying to figure out: 1) how are they going to work, 2) how are they going to support their child's virtual school program, and 3) how are they going to do both effectively?

Academic Support Centers are available in over 20 schools and some Y centers in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties, with more locations expected to be added. Parents can confidently drop their children off at a location so they can logon and participate in their school's virtual learning program and receive in-person academic support from Y associates specially trained in virtual learning support, many directly trained by your child's school system -- all while parents work and get their jobs done.
