Did you know?

Oats have fiber. According to MedlinePlus, eating a high-fiber diet can help reduce your risk of heart disease and high cholesterol.

Women should aim to eat at least 21 to 25 grams of fiber a day, and men should aim for 30 to 38 grams a day.

Check your nutrition label to see how much fiber you're eating each day!
