Yoga 1 - Mindful Movement Monday 5 Week Series

We have two sessions left in our Mindful Movement Monday yoga series.  Join us on December 2nd and December 9th to come back to your center, to "press reset" & better prepare yourself for the week ahead. 

Ashley Myers will lead us through a 60 minute gentle vinyasa flow helping us to breathe and move more mindfully, leaving us feeling a little more present and lighter than when we came in.
