If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays the first Wednesday of each month (September to June). Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.

Join us to learn about healthy eating as a means of disease prevention. We will have food sampling and a plan to increase movement with low impact and simple office exercises for you. Join our new campus dietician, Nicole Arcilla, Samantha Smith, Assistant Director of Health Promotion and one of our UHS family nurse practitioners, Toni Boyajian, for an hour of casual and interactive learning!
